This place's beautiful location makes it a great setting, offering a nice self-service breakfast in the middle of the restaurant with overall savory food, and having the Caruso nearby adds to the experience.

The 1st paragraph states air conditioning available, however, you need to read carefully to see not all apartments have it, and if yours does, it's an extra 6euros/day. There was no free wi-fi, it was 4euros/30 minutes. If you want to put 2 adults on the couch you better like each other, because it was very small and hard and not comfortable. Food was overall not that great. They were rude at the desk and seemed to not care about guests at all. We asked for extra toilet paper (had 2 rolls for 4 days for 3 women) and to get it you had to pay for extra cleaning- now I know why they sold tp in the store. Our room was very clean but I don't want to increase the number score, because I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Could only see a sliver of sea due to all the pine trees.

The room had dirty towels and was overall stuffy and dirty. What is described on the Booked.net website does not correspond with what is actually the apartments. there are two separate sets of apartments, one low grade and one a better grade. however, the website presents it all as one resort and a better grade of apartments. it indicates free wifi and air conditioning when in fact there is not. Another client complained about the same thing. My son got a skin infection from the sleeping facilities and blankets.

The location was stunning and beautiful, right by where we could easily access other places like Rovinj and the city center. the food was outstanding, and there was a great restaurant nearby called Caruso.

The staff were friendly, overall. The location was particularly good and beautiful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large educational aquarium.

Comparing price to the accommodation was OK.

The photo on the internet is from the different room and diferent area from higher cathegorie. I was disappointed but comparint price to the accommodation that was OK.

Located in a scenic area with easy access to a beach and pool. Convenient transport options and close proximity to a beautiful city. Apartments are well-equipped for self-catering with a variety of nearby restaurants. Friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met the needs. Everything was EXCELLENT, excellent location on the beach with a bottle of decent local wine £3 watching the sun set, the staff were excellent. I loved the breakfast food available in the restaurant.

This place has a beautiful location close to the old town with easy access to city buses and downtown, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a delicious variety of food options.

It has a long beach with various grounds (shingle, rock, concrete), there are lots of pine trees among the apartments, it's quite calm. There's a big balcony in every apartment and more or less view to the sea. The apartments are actually facing the sea but there's no full view because of the trees. I recommend this place if you want to be close to the sea, and you use the apartment only for sleeping.

The apartments are grey concrete boxes, not so nice. Small kithchen, no water heater, no microwave owen. The living room is small and no roller- blind there where 2 people has to sleep. We got a safe key but there was no safe in the apartment. Not enough parking places near the houses if you arrive late at night. The restaurants are quite expensive (each dish costs 10-15 Kunas more than in the city centre), and so the shop. The city centre is too far by foot (4-5 km). We didn't get enough toilet papers and they haven't taken out the garbage during our 4days stay.

Excellent value for money ratio. Nice and clean accomodation between trees close to the sea. We had an apartment type D - it was new renowated and very comfortable with a huge balcony with sea view. Kind staff on the reception. Free WiFi on the swimming pool. Nice surroundings.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a very nice area, just next door to the restaurants, and the beach with a bottle of decent local wine watching the sun set. I loved the nicely furnished and brand-new room. the food in the restaurant was good and fab. Highly recommend it.

Efficient and super helpful staff made our stay here a breeze! 😊 the room was massive and felt like it was just built, adding to the comfy vibes.

A modest accommodation (neede to be renovated) but we got what we paid. Nothing to complain. We enjoyed our holiday. I'd recommend it to the people who pay much attention to the nature, clear water not accommodation...Definately I will make reservation here also next time.
